A Signature Member of many arts organizations including the American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, and the Transparent Watercolor Society of America. Tom was recently elected to the International Masters of Watercolor Alliance, and to the receive Master Signature Status by the California Watercolor Association. He is president emeritus of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators, elected to the American Institute of Architects, and a founding member of the group; North American Watercolor Artists.
