Trade Winds is not only a vehicle for creativity and craft but an opportunity to dive deeper. Come and uncover the wonders of the ocean’s flora and fauna, and how our ever-changing world is impacting the health of our beloved waters. 

Join Sue for a visual study of the seven seas.  Explore the ocean through layered hand dyed wools, cotton fabrics and more. Draw your inspiration directly from the sea or use Sue’s quilt Trade Winds with its small square blocks that may be pieced, layered and/or embroidered with a variety of threads that differ in type and weight.
